Returns Terms and Conditions for Silver Jewelry at Romika Jewels Inc.
You may return your silver jewelry within 30 days (for online purchases only) if you are not satisfied with it, for a FULL REFUND. Therefore, please go ahead and make a purchase of your favourite jewelry item(s) with complete peace of mind as you have NOTHING TO LOSE. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. To return silver jewelry to Romika Jewels please follow the steps below.
1. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!
2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned silver jewelry with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement silver jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box (do not return jewelry in an envelope), including your silver jewelry, and the copy of the invoice.
4. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please be sure to insure the return package of jewelry for the full value paid.
5. Once your silver jewelry return is received, it will be reviewed and processed with 15 business days. Romika Jewels Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving your returned silver jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
6. Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked “refused”. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused.
7. If your purchase entitled you to free COURIER shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free COURIER shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
