I went to Romika with an idea on paper, and without any idea in regards to stones, weight of ring & stone, quality etc and she guided me through all the way and was willing to listen to my ideas (even though she is a designer, some designers just shut their ears off when it comes to listening to other suggestions). Her response to my queries was very quick and clear and i should also mention Manpreet Singh who was on the ball in keeping me updated during Romika's absence. During the 4 weeks while the ring was being made i was very eager and curious and she was patient enough to put up with me as I kept checking with her on the progress. Finally when the ring was complete I was thoroughly satisfied and it matched what i had in mind; Romika's expertise really showed off on the ring. My Fiance was very happy and the feedback from others was great, and ofcourse i was proud that i gave my soon to be wife a ring that is one of a kind!.
